Welcome to Intuitive Leadership.
I work with leaders from around the world, virtually and in person, blending high-performance senior executive coaching and leadership consulting services with intuitive mentorship. My clients run multi-billion dollar global businesses, are founders of successful start-ups, senior leaders in a variety of industries including Not-For-Profit enterprises. I’ve recently started coaching other high-flame coaches who are making a big impact on the world. If you’re up to something other people think is impossible, something that would take a miracle, I’d like to hear about it.
My soul purpose is guiding clients, individually or in groups, back home to the truth of their own wisdom, opening them to their limitless possibility, and supporting their courage to act on it.
We will work together from the fluid and inclusive understanding of the world I am being shown, looking for insight and alignment not right/wrong.
Whether one-to-one, in teams, or groups, I support my clients in finding everyday miracles where there used to be fear and frustration, and seeing magic in what used to look mundane.

One-to-One Offerings
Single Day Deep Dive
Spend a single, focused day together, one-to-one, to dive deep into whatever your soul is calling forth. Ideally, we meet in person in an inspiring location of your choosing for the day; and the pandemic has shown me that the connection impact can be equally powerful in the virtual format. It’s your choice.

Coaching and Intuitive Mentorship
For leaders of all kinds who are ready to take a leap and step powerfully into their roles at work, home, and community to lead from soul alignment as heart-wise visionaries. I don’t pretend to have all the answers. I do know that my sightline on YOUR magic while holding my own channel clearly will help you align and amplify it in lasting and life-affirming ways. No topic is off-limits. Bring it. Leave nothing unsaid.
Mentorships are a deeply personal, bespoke combination of some or all of the following:

Multi-day immersions (in person when possible)
Private clients have my full ongoing support, 24/7, every step of the way.
Coaching containers range from 3-9 months, as led by Spirit, and begin at $8,000.
Team / Group Offerings
Integrated Executive Coaching and Team Development Experience (12 months)
For leaders and their teams who are ready to invest the time and energy to become a high-functioning team. This integrated approach to executive team development relies on two core components that work in tandem to accelerate (1) individual leadership growth and (2) team/business success. Together we expand the individual and collective leadership effectiveness of your senior leaders.
This is a 12-month journey combining:
one-to-one executive assessment and coaching for each team member
in-person (when possible) team retreat/summits including a two-day kick-off retreat and quarterly day-long off-site or zoom team sessions
access to regular spot coaching via text or voice for individual or team issues throughout the contract
Investment for a team of 4 begins at $50,000 and increases depending on the number of team members and the depth of assessment and individual coaching requested for each team member.
Keynote Speaking / Group Facilitation Experience
I am a dynamic keynote speaker and facilitator, with many years of experience facilitating large trainings and meetings solo or with others on a variety of topics for single or multiple days. My fees vary depending on the size of the group and the length of the engagement. Reach out for an exploratory call.
